*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to handle vehicles responsibly.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate cleaning products and techniques. * Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean upholstery and carpets to ensure a spotless finish. * Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to enhance appearance and protect paint surfaces. * Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and visibility. * Safely move and park vehicles as required (valid driver?s license required). * Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need attention before delivery to customers. * Handle cash and process customer payments accurately when required. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in detailing services.
*Skills & Requirements*
* Strong cleaning skills with excellent attention to detail in every aspect of vehicle care. * Valid G driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Basic cash handling and payment processing skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques suitable for different vehicle materials. * Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
