The expectations of this role are as follows:
Work in unison with an assigned Sales Rep to communicate, detail, and navigate projects from start to finish
Coordinate projects making sure all relevant information is thoroughly scrutinized and updated
Offer clients technical support for job-flow management, & outsourcing details
Convey vital info of current job status and incoming work during production meetings
Schedule and coordinate pre-press/bindery checks either internally or directly with clients
Initiate updates of timelines to customers and provide solutions to inquiries
*Key Responsibilities:*
? Oversee the project life cycle, ensuring all stages are completed on time and within budget
? Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations
? Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
? Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks
? Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders
? Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, production managers, and sales teams, to ensure project success
? Manage project budgets and costs, including tracking expenses and forecasting project revenues
? Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded, including conducting quality control checks on all projects
? Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members as needed
*Qualifications:*
? 3 years experience as either Account Coordinator or Project Manager in print / packaging field
? Proven proficiency with Excel, management software, and have excellent computer and communication skills
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
? Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
? Knowledge of printing and packaging industry standards and practices
? Experience with budgeting and financial management
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
? Performed admirably in time-sensitive work environment
? Ability to remain level headed and ready with solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
