Landscape Construction Foreman Location: Emerald Park, SKJob Type: Full-Time | Seasonal (Mid-March/April November)Wage: $25.00$27.00 per hour (based on experience) Join Our Growing Team! Classic Landscape Co. is a growing landscape construction company serving Regina and the surrounding area. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a crew of up to 10 team members on a variety of residential and commercial landscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, leading by example, and keeping projects running safely and efficiently throughout Saskatchewan's busy construction season. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a landscape construction crewCoordinate labour, materials, and equipment to keep projects on scheduleInstall paving stone, retaining walls, irrigation systems, grading, planting, timber features, and other landscape elementsOperate skid steers (H-pattern controls), 2-ton trucks, trailers, and other equipment safelyEnsure all work is completed in accordance with Saskatchewan Occupational Health & Safety regulationsRead landscape plans and blueprints while maintaining high standards of qualityTrain, mentor, and support crew members to help them succeedCommunicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and management throughout each project Qualifications Minimum 3 years of landscape construction or related construction experiencePrevious experience leading and managing a crewValid Class 5 Driver's Licence (clean abstract considered an asset)Experience operating skid steers and other landscape construction equipmentStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsDependable, motivated, and able to work independentlyPhysically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in all Saskatchewan weather conditions
