This position will be based in the Pubnico Branch of Coastal Financial Credit Union.The Person:The successful candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma, a diploma/certificate from a Post-SecondaryBusiness Program, plus up to one year's related experience and/or training. A combination of education and experience may be considered. The incumbent will also have/be:superior customer service skills with ability to build relationshipsvery comfortable with technology and adapts easily to new digital processes, products & servicesan outgoing and self-motivated nature, team player, with a strong work ethicdemonstrated critical thinking, problem solving skills, and ability to work independentlyproven history of accuracy and high attention to detailThe Job:The Financial Services Representative:proactively provides financial advice to membersuses technology daily to optimize workprocesses financial transactions for members with a high level of accuracy and balances a cash drawerachieves sales goals through service excellence, professionalism, strong product & service knowledge, and effective member relationship management practicesNOTE: The position is based in the Pubnico Branch, however staff must be flexible and open to travel or reassignment to other branches (permanent or temporary) as required by changing business conditions within the organization.Compensation:We offer a comprehensive salary and benefit package for this position including but not limited to a generous employee pension, health, dental, life insurance and a long-term disability plan, days off for volunteer activities, an annual health & wellness benefit, vacation days, sick days, and personal days, as well as paid professional development education and training.
