Meat Department | Freshmart | Esterhazy, Saskatchewan Job Position: Full Time Meat Cutter - Temporary - 1 year Job Duties and Responsibilities:-Work with our Meat Department team to provide customers with exceptional customer service.-Cutting, Wrapping, labeling, and pricing meat products. Washing utensils, and equipment.-Assist with unloading the truck. Receiving, rotating, and restocking shelves. -Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment is maintained.-Other duties as assigned. Hours:-Full Time, 40 hours per week.-2 Saturdays per month.-Daily shifts are typically 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 0.5 hour unpaid lunch.-This is a temporary position. To be extended/renewed at the end of the period. What you will need:-Computer and office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook.-Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.-Ability to multitask, be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills.-Must be able to lift 50 Lbs(22Kg) repetitively.-Valid Canadian work permit. Nice to Haves:-Food service industry experience.-Food Safety Training, First Aid Training, Forklift Training.
