*Kids' Campus Child Care Centre is hiring Early Childhood Assistants to join our full day program and our Before and After school programs. *
*Job Details*
We are looking for full time *Early Childhood Assistants *to join our teams in Ajax & Oshawa.
_Before & After School Positions are full day shifts beginning in July. In September, it will be a split shift 35- 40 hours per week._
_Full Day Positions are 40 hours per week beginning in July. _
_Benefit Package after 6-month probationary period_
_Paid Personal Days after 6-month probationary period_
*Requirements:*
Acknowledges and responds to the needs of each child
Assist the Registered Early Childhood Educator in planning and implementing a program that follows the lead of the children and creates an inclusive and stimulating environment to encourage each child to explore and learn on various topics of interest
Maintains open and regular communication with co-workers
Ability to communicate verbally and written
Demonstrates skills working as a team player
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Attend and participate in all program /centre meetings and events as required
*Qualifications:*
Valid Certificate for CPR and Standard First Aid
Up to date immunizations including 2 step TB (Tuberculosis) test.
Criminal background check including vulnerable sector
Early Childhood Education Assistant diploma or Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years act is considered an asset
