Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of philanthropy at one of Toronto's most respected Jewish social service organizations. You'll lead fundraising strategy, cultivate transformational donor relationships, strengthen development systems, and help foster a culture of philanthropy that supports Ve'ahavta's continued growth and impact. *THE OPPORTUNITY *
This role is ideal for an experienced fundraising professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and relationship building. You?ll have the autonomy to introduce new ideas, strengthen fundraising infrastructure, deepen donor engagement, and help position Ve'ahavta for continued growth. You?ll also become an important ambassador for the organization within Toronto's philanthropic community and the broader Jewish communal landscape. Success in this role will come from balancing thoughtful strategy with authentic relationshipbuilding and a genuine passion for helping donors achieve meaningful impact through their philanthropy.
*What Success Looks Like in Your First 12 Months *
By the end of your first year, you'll have:
