*What You?ll Do*
* Perform HVAC & refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs * Estimate time/materials and identify preventative maintenance opportunities * Read wiring diagrams & system manuals accurately * Diagnose and repair system and equipment issues efficiently * Replace and adjust components precisely * Ensure systems operate properly before leaving site * Maintain safe work practices and comply with all codes * Complete service records accurately and on time * Keep service truck clean, organized, and well-stocked * Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues * Stay up to date with training and certifications * Perform other tasks as assigned by the Foreman
*What You Bring*
* 3rd or 4th-year HVAC Apprentice or *certified Journeyperson* * Valid BC Driver?s Licence & clean abstract * Bondable and able to meet client site requirements
*Compensation*
Pay based on experience ? from base rate to full wage package, including per-hour add-ons for: RRSP, tool allowance, A/B Gas certificate, OFA, FSR, and vacation pay.
*Additional Pay:*
* Bonus pay * Overtime pay
*Schedule*
* 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
