Job Description Job DescriptionWe are growing and in need of help working with our maintenance crew. We work with property managers to do multiple jobs around a property, from working on workorders to turning over units when vacated. We would like someone with flooring experince, mostly LVP but we do carpet some stairs an lay tile.
Other tasks would be drywall repair, light plumbing and electrical. In the summer months, fences and other out door work is needed.
You will need a valid DL and be able to get a clean criminal background check.
