One Board Shop is searching for a Full-Time Retail Store Manager for our Abbotsford location.

You are:

You will:
* Have at least two years of retail sales experience * Have at least one year in a management or supervisory role * Have knowledge in the snowboarding and skateboarding industry * Be a strong and motivated role model for your team * Be directly responsible for our customer?s shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service * Connect with our customers and build lasting customer relationships * Meet and exceed sales target goals * Maintain our expected operational and merchandising standards * Work together with your team and encourage your colleagues to succeed and grow * Enjoy coming to work every day and bring positive energy to the shop
