*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an understanding of the importance of guest satisfaction in the hospitality industry.
*Duties*
* Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures and standards. * Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort. * Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other room essentials. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. * Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. * Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens. * Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members to promote a friendly atmosphere.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within assigned time frames. * Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and safety practices is a plus. * A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction.
