These are 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule that include both days and nights. Duties: Working under the direction of and reporting to the Shift Supervisor and/or Lead Hand.Safely and proficiently operate propane/electric forklifts, pallet jack and skid steer loader.Properly place/withdraw product in freezer following procedures to maximize space and follow stock rotation.Properly expedite orders.Provide help to other areas of distribution as required.Accurately relate/maintain all required documentation.Perform all duties in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.Perform housekeeping in work area to established standards.All other duties as assigned. Requirements: Forklift Certificate and demonstrated safe proficiency working with all forklift attachments.Ability to work on a rotating shift basis.Physically capable of performing all required duties:Lifting, pulling, pushing, shoveling, climbing and piling of all types of materials as required.Work in extreme temperatures, high humidity and dusty conditions.Function in a noisy environment and wear hearing protection.Work with all required safety equipment.Ability to read small print under normal freezer lighting conditions.Demonstrated mathematical ability through the successful completion of a written test.Demonstrated proficiency working with WMS.Satisfactory employment record.
