As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, providing expert product recommendations, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining our showroom, and ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience.

*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Assist customers in selecting furniture that fits their style, budget, and needs. * Process sales accurately using the POS system. * Manage customer orders and coordinate delivery scheduling. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience. * Conduct cold outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
*Qualifications* *& Requirements*
* High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred * Ability to work flexible hours and required to work on weekends when scheduled * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. * Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers. * Professional dress and appearance
