Prosperity Insurance currently has a permanent part-time Insurance Broker position available within our Elbow location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, solutions, and top-notch service to clients.
The Insurance Broker will have a genuine desire to serve clients in an effective and efficient manner, resulting in strong business relationships.
*Key Competencies:*
* Provide friendly, first point of contact service to clients, both in-person and over-the-phone * Process SGI Motor License Issuing transactions efficiently and accurately * Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions and strategies * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of an effective team * Possess a positive, can-do attitude while displaying a high level of professionalism * Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and numeric reasonability skills * Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate, compare, and analyze data * Provide administrative support as required
*Key Qualifications:*
* General Level 1 Insurance License * Insurance industry experience preferred * Strong computer abilities, specifically Microsoft Office * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Proven customer service experience
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.
