Jones Signs is growing and looking for a skilled Sign Painter who knows how to produce clean, consistent, professional work.
*What You?ll Be Doing:*
* Prepping and painting channel letters, cabinets, and custom signage * Working with automotive-grade paints, primers, and finishes * Sanding, masking, and surface prep done properly (not rushed) * Matching colors and maintaining consistent, high-quality finishes * Working with the fabrication team to deliver a clean final product
*Who We?re Looking For:*
* 2?3+ years painting experience (sign industry preferred) * Strong prep skills ? you know paint is only as good as the prep * Experience with spray equipment and finishing techniques * Attention to detail ? no runs, no shortcuts * Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the result
