About this role
*Job Summary*: Produce quality parts as specified by Production Supervisor and to customer specifications. As well as work with Manager, Supervisor and co-workers to keep a safe and clean place to work.
*Essential Duties:*
* Study job orders and/or interpret drawings to determine brazing operation to be performed with minimal supervision. * Operate brazing/soldering equipment to weld parts. * Operate and set-up machines to perform operations, including, but not limited to, brazing, cutting, bending, end-forming, drilling, punching; with minimal scrap. * Verifying dimensions of parts produced using appropriate measuring instruments. * Clean work areas and equipment. * Suggest production improvements and report any errors or mistakes. * Maintain an acceptable level of production. * Maintain a safe work environment and report any policy and safety violations. * Sign off on all jobs performed * Perform other duties required by Production Supervisor.
*Work Experience Requirements:*
1 to 2 years in a related field
*Education Requirements*:
* High level proficiency with measuring devices (e.g. calipers, tape measure) * High level proficiency with reading and interpretation of customer drawings * Secondary education
