Job Description Job DescriptionGrowing window cleaning company looking for a hunter. This isn't a paycheque job. It's an income you build. You knock, you pitch, you close. The harder you work, the more you make. No cap. What you'll do
• Knock doors in target neighbourhoods • Pitch, quote, and close on the spot • Upsell add-ons - gutters, pressure washing, Christmas lights, etc. • Own your territory and your customer relationships The pay
• 20% commission on every job you close, paid when the customer pays • Residuals on recurring accounts you land - you get paid every time they book again • No cap, no salary, no ceiling. Your effort, your income. Who we're looking for
• Thick-skinned - you don't fold at the first "no" • Confident on someone's doorstep • Self-driven - nobody's babysitting you • Sales experience is a plus, not a must • Reliable transportation This isn't a paycheque job. It's a build-your-own-income job. If that's you, let's talk.
