*POSITION OVERVIEW*
We?re seeking a Senior Carpenter Apprentice (Level 3 or 4) to join our growing team.
You?ll work on high-quality residential renovations and custom new builds across the Lower Mainland.
If you?re reliable, self-motivated, hardworking with strong listening skills, ability to follow directions and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we?d love to hear from you.
*STARTING WAGE*
-$28.00 ? $36.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level. (We?re open to discussion ? let?s chat!)
*MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS*
-4th year Carpentry Apprentice
-preferably 5 + years of hands-on residential carpentry experience
-ideally experience with renovations and finishing carpentry (form, framing and strong finisher)
-Familiarity with the BC Building Code
-Strong communication and listening skills
-Able to take direction and work independently when needed
-Resident of Canada (for at least one year)
-Possess valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle (truck preferred)
-Must own steel-toed boots/shoes; personal hand tools are an asset

*WORK SCHEDULE*
-Full-time, permanent position
-Monday to Friday, 7:30am ? 3:30pm
-Reports directly to Site Supervisor
*PROJECT LOCATIONS*
Our job sites are located across the Lower Mainland, including:
Burnaby, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Richmond, and New Westminster.
