*Responsibilities:*
* Drain cleaning. * Fixture repairs. * Residential and commercial service call type work * Well pump/Lake water system experience preferred but not a must, training will be provided. * Small renovations. * Sump/Sewage pumps replacements. * Install, replace and repair valves, pump and all others of piping system, fixtures and equipment. * Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts. * Cottage opening and closing. * All power tools, material and vehicle is provided. (but must have your own HAND tools for plumbing 2 pairs of pliers, Basin Wrench, Big Channel Locks, Torpedo Level etc) *Required experience:* * *Plumbing licence is required.* * *Must have a valid clean driver?s licence.* * Jet/Submersible well pump experience would be nice but not an asset. * Willing and able to work on-call and possible over time.
