*Vision Truck Group Cambridge* is currently seeking an experienced *Sales Administrator* to join the team at our new Head Office.
*What You'll Do:*
* Continuous communication in person, on the phone and by email with the Sales Team, Management, Service, Parts, and Accounting Departments in addition to various vendor-partners. * Supporting sales team with data and ongoing changing information. * Support fleet customers with quick, consistent, and detail-oriented responses. * Review and process Invoices and Sales Agreements. * Process deal summaries. * Online warranty registration. * MTO Licensing * Maintaining and updating CRM database. * Co-ordinating and updating build schedules. * Filing of documents both physically and electronically. * Commute to MTO regularly for licensing. * Meet goals assigned by management. * All other duties as required.
*What You'll Bring*
* Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent * Basic Accounting knowledge * Windows software proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) * Communicating clearly and professionally * Strong sense of urgency and accountability * Ability to use judgement and make decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work through interruptions * Valid G license and clean driving record

* Full-time position * Office environment * Commute to MTO regularly

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
