Transportation Company in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a passionate, hard-working individual for a full time Administrator
Duties to include but not limit to:
- Processing payroll and accounts
- enter invoices and receipts into QuickBooks
- prepare monthly statements, payroll remittances, WCB remittances, T4s, ROEs, etc.
- Filing/organizing
- Performing other administrative related duties as assigned
- Ability to keyboard at 45 wpm plus
- Must be quick learner
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Well presented
- Must have experience in MS office (Email/Work/Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, respectful, friendly, team player, goal oriented
- Friendly open office
