*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for installing, assembling, and configuring various products and systems at client locations. This role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely project completion.
*Duties*
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation instructions * Install equipment, fixtures, or systems according to specifications and safety standards * Test installed systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation * Collaborate with clients and team members to coordinate installation schedules and address on-site challenges * Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used * Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use * Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations
*Skills*
* Proven experience in installation, construction, or related field preferred * Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team * Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members * Valid driver?s license is preferred for travel between sites * Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions * Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with specific tools or systems relevant to the installation tasks, such as electrical or plumbing knowledge
