*Summary Job Description *:
* Policies: Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures and controls to ensure accurate financial accounting, reporting and compliance. * Accounting: Manage full cycle accounting, including reconciliation, finalization, preparation and consolidation for period-end with schedules of all group companies. * Project Controls: Manage project accounting, project budgets, controls, cashflows, MIS, Reviews, feasibilities. * Work as direct contact and liaison for lenders, brokers, inspectors, appraisers, regulators, lawyers, consultants, external accountants and other government agencies. * Management of year end accounting for all group companies for the accounting firm. * Prepare budgets, projections and periodical update of forecast for CFO?s and CEO eview. * Manage and oversee project compliance with HCRA, Tarion, building departments and Town/City requirements. Assist in subcontractor compliance process. * CRA and Tax compliance: Manage HST, PD7A, WSIB etc * Assist CFO and CEO in strategic matters, business reviews, feasibilities, financing process, project reviews, investment structures etc. * Such other responsibilities as may
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
