*Responsibilities:*
* Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Assist customers in making informed decisions about their beverage choices. * Provide outstanding product knowledge, including details about various wines, liquors, and beers. * Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions with a smile. * Keep the store shelves fully stocked and organized, ensuring a visually appealing display. * Monitor and control inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management. * Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the checkout area. * Comply with all relevant laws and company policies regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages. * Promote and contribute to a positive team environment.
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred. * Knowledge and passion for alcoholic beverages, including wines, spirits, and beers. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Must be legally eligible to work in Alberta.
