*Blair Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking a versatile team member who is willing and able to work in either our Customer Service / Dispatch Department or our HVAC Installation Department, depending on our business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is a quick thinker and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. *
*Duties*
*Customer Service/ Dispatch*
* Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently. * Schedule service appointments and manage technician routes. * Communicate with customers regarding arrival times and appointments updates. * Support technicians and job information and customer communication.
*HVAC Installation Department*.
* Schedule Residential HVAC installation projects. * Communicate installation dates and expectations with homeowners. * Assist with rebates, financing, permits, project paper work and documentation. * Ensure installations are prepared for a successful and efficient completion.

*Preferred Qualifications*
* Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling or administrative experience. * Experience in the residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical or home service industry is an asset. * Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is advantage but is not required.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
