We?re on the lookout for a *Sales Associate* to join our Flamingo+ crew at our 3562 Pembina Hwy location. This isn?t just about selling products, it?s about *creating memorable connections* with customers and helping them feel confident in their choices. _*Responsibilities*_
* Greet and assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm * Provide personalized recommendations and product education * Operate the POS system and handle transactions with accuracy * Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, clean & fresh * Share product knowledge through engaging conversations * Support the team in maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment * Stay current with new arrivals and promotions
_*Qualifications*_
* 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (Preferred) * SmartChoice certification (or willingness to obtain) * Positive attitude and strong communication skills * Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed * Comfortable in a fast-paced setting * Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail * Passion for cannabis is a big plus * Must be 19+ to work at this establishment
