*Responsibilities*
* Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently * Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts * Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including handling food items safely * Support the kitchen team by ensuring all items are ready for use in a timely manner * Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to uphold health standards * Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes according to established protocols * Collaborate with staff to ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
*Skills*
* Experience in cleaning and sanitation procedures within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred * Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking support is advantageous * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with physical stamina * Hospitality experience or hotel background is a plus but not required
