We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for our Murrayville location in Langley.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Advanced understanding of all quick-service restaurant operations * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to coach, train and motivate team members * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Dealing with Guest Concerns and winning them back; * Computer knowledge in Office or OpenOffice; * Professional positive team leader, dependable, takes initiative; * Should expect to work 30+ hours per week; * Must be available to work flexible hours overnights, weekends and holidays.
*Responsibilities & Duties:*
* Training, leading and coaching team members to achieve our brand standards of exceptional Quality, Service and Cleanliness. * Building sales and profitability through excellent operations * Accountable for operating profitability by monitoring and controlling food, paper and labor costs while on shift * Ensuring all Team Members are trained to deliver exceptional quality, service and cleanliness through initial and ongoing training * Ensuring all company programs, practices and systems are implemented and executed properly * Working with the management team to identify problem areas and work with them to come up with and implement solutions * Creating and maintaining a positive work climate that promotes best-in-class. * Dealing with guest concerns and winning them back
