Working within a medium-sized team (4-7 members) and reporting directly to the foreman or lead carpenter, this position demands a strong work ethic and adherence to safety standards. The role offers opportunities for advancement and does not require travel between job sites. Responsibilities
• Frame walls, roofs, and floors according to project specifications • Handle and manage materials efficiently on site • Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times • Cut and shape materials accurately using appropriate tools • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in wood framing Preferred Qualifications
• Vocational training in carpentry or construction • Proficiency in carpentry and framing techniques • Ability to read and interpret blueprints • Experience with power tools and safety compliance • Physical stamina for demanding manual tasks • Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills
