Next Gen DayCare is looking for an experienced, compliance-minded early learning leader to take the helm as our Centre Director. *What You Bring*
* Current ECE Level 3 certification (required). * Demonstrated leadership experience in a licensed Alberta child care centre, ideally at director or senior supervisor level. * Working command of the Early Learning and Child Care Act, the Early Learning and Child Care Regulation, and Flight: Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework. * Direct experience managing licensing inspections or corrective action plans. * Strong judgment and a calm, decisive leadership style under regulatory or operational pressure. * A clean, current Vulnerable Sector Check.
*What We Offer*
