About this role
*Ascent Home Care* *Compassion at the Peak of Excellence.*
At Ascent Home Care, we believe exceptional care starts with taking exceptional care of our team. We're a heart-led home care company founded by nurses who've seen what's broken in this industry - and we're building something better.
*WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT:*
*You Matter Here: * We know your name, your strengths, and what you need to succeed. Our founders work alongside our team because we believe leadership should be hands-on and supportive.
*Consistent Assignments: *Build real relationships with families instead of being shuffled between random clients. You'll work with the same families over time, developing the trust and familiarity that makes care meaningful.
*Heart-Led Decisions: *Every policy, every schedule change, every decision starts with asking "What's best for our people and the families we serve?", not "What's most profitable?"
*Professional Growth: *Ongoing training, mentorship from experienced nurses, and opportunities to specialize in areas like dementia care. We invest in your professional development because great caregivers deserve great support.
