What You'll Do
* Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional approach * Build relationships by understanding customers' needs and lifestyle * Guide customers through our wide selection of furniture and mattresses * Recommend products that deliver the best value and fit their home * Stay knowledgeable on products, promotions, and financing options * Prepare quotes and accurately complete sales transactions * Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom * Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals * Assist with opening, closing, and daily showroom operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous retail or sales experience preferred (furniture experience is an asset) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality * A professional appearance and strong work ethic * Comfortable working in a commission-driven sales environment * Reliable, punctual, and a team player * Available to work weekends and statutory holidays (required)
