Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Saint-Léonard, Montreal Job Status: Permanent Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (1 day work from home) Salary: Up to $70,000 Job Description Due to continued growth, our client, a well-established company specializing in commercial real estate with over 60 years of success, is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Saint-Léonard. You'll be part of a close-knit accounting team of three in a collaborative and supportive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full accounts receivable cycle while building positive relationships with clients and contributing to the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing and payment processing ? Follow up on outstanding accounts and respond to client inquiries ? Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records ? Collaborate with the accounting team on day-to-day activities ? Support other accounts receivable-related tasks as needed Profile Sought ? Experience in full-cycle accounts receivable ? Functional bilingualism in English and French (English is required to communicate with clients and business partners across Canada.) ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ?
