We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced *Restaurant/ Food & Beverage Manager* to join our team at a full-service hotel near Calgary International Airport.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading people, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced restaurant and banquet environment.
You'll work alongside a supportive leadership team while overseeing evening restaurant operations, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional service for our guests.

What You'll Do
* Lead daily evening restaurant operations * Coach and develop restaurant team members * Deliver exceptional guest service * Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained * Manage labour, inventory and food costs * Support banquet operations as required * Hire, train and mentor new team members * Work closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership team
What You'll Bring
* 1+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience * Strong leadership and communication skills * Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction * Experience with POS systems and cash handling * Banquet experience is considered an asset * Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Pay: $51,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
