We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. *Duties*
* Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing procedures to maintain optimal oral health for patients * Take and develop dental radiographs as needed * Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans * Assist with patient assessments and medical history updates using dental software such as Tracker * Support the dental team during procedures, including chairside assistance when necessary * Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment * Manage patient appointments, follow-up care, and treatment scheduling efficiently * Communicate effectively with patients to address concerns and explain procedures in a compassionate manner * Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatments, and progress
*Requirements*
* Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of practice * Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred * Proficiency with dental software such as Tracker is highly desirable * Knowledge of general dentistry procedures * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual capacity is advantageous * Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care * Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and demonstrate professionalism at all times * Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining current licensure standards
Pay: $55.00-$58.00 per hour
