About this role
Perform exceptional massage services to clients
· Collect detailed client history
· Perform in-depth patient evaluation to advise on best treatment
· Perform services to clients needs
· Contribute to safe and positive client experience, while adhering to company policies
· Educate clients on treatment specifics, products, after care instruction and maintenance.
· Participate in company events and marketing initiatives
· Actively participate in staff meetings and clinic improvement initiatives
· Market oneself to maintain client base and create return clientele
*QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE*
· Valid massage therapy license within provincial licensing body
· Customer service oriented
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work as a team and independently
· Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
