Crowfoot Dental Studio is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing clinic in NW Calgary.
We are a family-owned dental practice with a focus on high-quality patient care, strong team culture, and modern hygiene systems. Our office uses *Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)*, and we are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building patient relationships and contributing to a positive clinical environment.
This position would be a strong fit for someone who is professional, reliable, team-oriented, and interested in growing with the practice long term. As our clinic continues to expand, there is opportunity to take on a larger role in helping shape the hygiene department and clinical systems.
*What We?re Looking For*
* Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in Alberta with the CRDHA * Must have loupes * Strong communication skills * Positive, dependable, and patient-focused * Comfortable working in a growing, team-based practice * Interest in GBT, biofilm management, and modern preventative care * Willingness to contribute to patient experience, hygiene systems, and team culture
*Schedule*
* Monday: 11:00am?7:00pm * Tuesday: 9:00am?3:00pm * Wednesday: 11:00am?7:00pm * Thursday: 9:00am?5:00pm * Friday: 9:00am?3:00pm * Two Saturdays per month: 9:00am?3:00pm
*Compensation & Benefits*
* Full-time, permanent position * $60?$70/hour based on experience * 4% vacation pay * $2,000 annual household dental benefit * $750 annual Health Spending Account * Supportive, family-owned clinic environment * Opportunity for long-term growth within the hygiene department
