*Duties*
Team Leadership
* Lead, coach and support a team of supervisors and seasonal staff. * Communicate expectations clearly and hold the team accountable. * Assist with onboarding and training. * Respond to day-to-day staffing issues and ensure shifts remain properly staffed
Daily Operations
* Oversee restaurant, bar, patio, boat launch and rental operations. * Ensure food quality, cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained. * Monitor labour costs and adjust staffing as business demands change. * Work alongside supervisors to improve ticket times and guest flow. * Identify operational issues and proactively solve them.
Events
* Coordinate private events, live music and community programming. * Communicate with clients before and during events. * Ensure events are planned, staffed and executed successfully.
Continuous Improvement
* Recommend operational improvements. * Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Launch new products and initiatives with the operations team. * Complete weekly reporting and communicate priorities for the coming week.

Work Schedule
This is a seasonal leadership position.
During the operating season you should expect:
* Full-time hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. * Being present during peak operating periods. * Flexibility based on weather, events and business volume.
Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
