About this role
*As part of employment with Cancoil, you must be able to work Day Shifts (7am to 3:30pm) *_*and *_*Afternoon Shifts (3:30pm to 12am) and rotate between the two as required by the Company.*
*Job Overview*
You will be working alongside experienced team members and using company?provided technical drawings and work orders, production workers participate in the manufacturing of *heat exchangers, refrigeration coils, and air conditioning coils*.
Training is provided, and tasks may vary depending on skill level and production needs.
This position requires candidates to be adaptable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute effectively within a manufacturing setting. Prior experience with manufacturing is highly valued for success in this role.
*As part of the role, you will be required to:*
* Maintain a level of fitness consistent with manufacturing work- many areas in the plant require an ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy objects * Learn how to read a tape measure and read exact measurements in inches * Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical diagrams. * Stand and sit for the duration of your shift * Be able to work two shifts on a rotating basis; 7am to 3:30pm and 3:30pm to 12am * Follow detailed instructions * Adhere to all Health and Safety policies
