About this role
*About Us:* At North Okanagan Smile Design we are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment. Our team is passionate about helping patients maintain optimal oral health, and we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Dental hygienist to join our growing team. *Schedule: 2 days per week - Monday and Wednesday with the opportunity to turn into FT in the future*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing * Take and develop X-rays * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques * Assist the dentist in various procedures as needed * Maintain accurate patient records and assist with treatment planning * Ensure patient comfort and provide a positive experience
*Qualifications:*
* Valid B.C. Dental Hygienist license * Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply * Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward patients * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
