We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle transactions, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be essential in meeting customer needs and driving sales.
*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. * Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively upsell and demonstrate items to customers. * Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. * Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times. * Assist in conducting product demos to enhance customer understanding of offerings. * Utilize strong phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately. * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Time management abilities to prioritize duties effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in technical sales or familiarity with product demonstrations is a plus. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
