All of the Cooks are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating of menu items.
Food quality is the primary focus.
Core Responsibilities: *Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Written * Ensures the proper set up of the cooking line and that mis en place is prepared to the chef?s standards *Ensures that all menu items are promptly prepared within reasonable time while ensuring quality standards are adhered to * Commitment to teamwork
