Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Follow all sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus - Strong guest relations skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
