Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Interpret welding process specifications. Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes. Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Equipment and machinery experience: Soldering machine. Welding. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Personal suitability: Team player. Punctuality.
