About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns. Plan and estimate labour and materials. Perform other labouring and elemental activities. Establish work schedules and procedures. Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Shift. Weekend. Workplace information: On the road job. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
