Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Adjust, repair or replace mechanical system parts. Perform scheduled maintenance and service. Advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment. Repair and rebuild hoisting mechanism and other mechanical systems on industrial trucks and forklifts. Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance. Test and adjust units to specifications. Perform scheduled maintenance service. Complete reports to record problems and work performed. Provide customer service. Repair or replace mechanical units or components. Equipment and machinery experience: Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts. Area of specialization: Forklift. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
