Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Weed, prune and trim trees and plants. Cut grass. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Apply fertilizers. Repair and maintain equipment. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
