About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
