Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Plan and control budget and inventory. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies. Hire, train and supervise staff. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
