Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Rural area. Various locations. Work in employer's/client's home. Willing to relocate. Nursing home/home for the aged. Tasks: Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment. Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Weigh, lift, turn and position patients. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Clean, trim and polish nails. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Vulnerable sector check. Tuberculosis test. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening.
